C. Trench Designs was created by Charis Trench-Simmons, a native of New Orleans. Charis studied jewelry designing in New York while pursuing a medical degree. As a surgeon, her attention to detail aids in creating unique pieces. Some of her pieces have been sold in boutiques along Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, the Westside Pavillion in Beverly Hills, Mid-City Art Market in New Orleans, and The Paisley Umbrella in Atlanta, GA. Charis creates each design and personally selects all materials used in her artwork. Each piece is crafted from natural materials including semi-precious stones, sterling silver, Bali & Thai silver, vermeil, freshwater pearls, wood and Swarovski crystal. Unique jewelry is a fashion statement designed to make the wearer feel special and serve as an expression of her individuality and creativity."
